William C. O'Neill joined Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli in 2008 where his practice focuses on business litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. O'Neill has experience in a wide range of practice areas, including construction dispute litigation, unlawful detainer litigation, business torts, contract claims, and employment litigation.


Mr. O'Neill earned his B.A. from Stanford University in three years (2004) where he earned his letter on the track and field team and became a member of the Cardinal Class Core, which is bestowed on the top 100 most-involved graduating students. Mr. O'Neill then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2007). During law school, Mr. O'Neill externed for California Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvin Baxter and Presiding Justice James A. Ardaiz of the California Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District. Mr. O'Neill also served as the Chairman of Hastings' community outreach program and as class president of his graduating class.
 

Mr. O'Neill is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Mr. O'Neill is a board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar Association, a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers ("ABTL"), and an assistant editor for the ABTL Report.


In his time away from work, Mr. O'Neill is a youth soccer referee, is an avid reader, and is an active member of Coast Hills Community Church.
