Mark D. Erickson

Mark D. Erickson is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and obtained his law degree from Hastings College of Law. Mark spent the first four years of his legal career trying criminal cases for the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. When Mark left the Army to join the private sector, his trial experience provided an excellent foundation for his business litigation and civil trial practice. 

Through the years, Mark has earned the confidence and trust of a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, developers, and smaller entrepreneurial companies, who look to Mark for his litigation expertise and judgment. Mark's litigation practice encompasses all types of commercial and real estate disputes, including cases involving trade secrets, unfair competition, securities fraud, construction defects, creditors' rights, landlord/tenant matters, and complex class actions. 

Mark is active in Orange County Bar Association committee work and a lecturer on litigation topics for the California Continuing Education of the Bar.
