Lynnda A. McGlinn

Lynnda A. McGlinn is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Business Administration /Finance. Lynnda obtained her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she participated in Moot Court and worked for the California Attorney General’s Office, Appellate Division.

Lynnda is an experienced business litigator specializing in complex commercial, business and real estate litigation, including cases involving business torts, trade secrets, unfair competition and landlord/tenant matters. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and is a member of the Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Business Lawyers. Lynnda also provides pro bono services to ShareOurSelves, a local charitable organization providing free medical, dental, social and financial care and assistance to those in need.
