Jeffrey D. Hook

Jeffrey D. Hook joined Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli in 2007. Mr. Hook's practice focuses on business litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Hook has experience in a wide range of practice areas, including employment litigation, business torts, unfair competition, contract claims, real estate litigation, construction disputes, and class actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hook spent over four years with Stephan Oringher Richman Theodora & Miller. Mr. Hook has represented national tire manufacturers, county and local governments, and numerous private and public healthcare institutions. He also has extensive experience representing contractors involved in both private and public works.

Education

Mr. Hook received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Whittier College School of Law. During law school he was a judicial extern in Los Angeles Superior Court for the honorable Justice Judith Ashmann-Gerst prior to her appointment to the Court of Appeal.

Memberships

Mr. Hook is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court for the Central District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hook is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

Personal

Mr. Hook is a former professional baseball player having played in the Houston Astros and Milwaukee Brewers minor league organizations.
