Christian F. Dubia, Jr.Christian F. Dubia, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University School of Business and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law where he graduated class valedictorian and was the managing editor of its Law Review. Upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy, Chris was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps where he served three years in tactical reconnaissance squadron prior to attending law school. Upon graduation from law school, Chris served as a Marine Corps judge advocate for six years, during which time he was involved in the prosecution and defense of over 100 court martials.

Since retiring from the Marine Corps and entering private practice, Chris has specialized in complex commercial, business and real estate litigation. Chris has handled several multimillion dollar disputes on behalf of well known Fortune 500 companies and has tried numerous cases before juries in both federal and state courts. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the United States Supreme Court and Court of Military Appeals. Chris is a member of the Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association; the Association of Trial Business Lawyers; the Board of Visitors of Pepperdine University School of Law; the Board of Directors of the Regional Center of Orange County; the Past President of United Cerebral Palsy Association of Orange County; and a former member of the Board of Directors of South County Community Clinic/Camino Health Center.
