Dubia, Erickson, & Tenerelli, LLP ("DETLAW") is a limited liability partnership formed by the litigation department of the firm formerly known as Pinto & Dubia, LLP.

The partners of DETLAW are all experienced business trial attorneys who developed their practice and client base at large national firms. The firm is committed to delivering the highest quality representation without losing sight of the economics of litigation. DETLAW attorneys are adept at identifying business solutions for business problems early in the dispute resolution process. Litigation matters are staffed efficiently with hands-on partner involvement throughout.

The firm utilizes state-of-the-art technology to support its advocacy, facilitating the management of  document intensive cases and dynamic case presentations to judge and jury. DETLAW attorneys have appeared before all federal and state courts and are well-versed in trial and appellate procedure. The firm's expertise in dispute resolution spans a wide range of subject matter, including, commercial/contract claims; partnership disputes; trade secret, unfair competition, and business tort claims; construction contract and defect disputes; land use matters; and intellectual property disputes. But the firm takes particular pride in its extensive trial experience and the results speak for themselves: the firm has achieved multiple seven and eight figure verdicts/settlements for its plaintiff clients while successfully defending claims against its defendant clients. For these reasons, the firm is regularly engaged by Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals who appreciate the importance of quality, experienced representation.
